X-MEN MANSION GATES

Tucked away in the corridor of deciduous and evergreen trees lining Graymalkin Lane is the entrance to Charles Xavier's School For Gifted Youngsters. The swing gates themselves appear to be custom and cast in iron with bright gold leaf accents. The institute's X logo is emblazoned in the center of each half, and are attached to two imposing red brick pillars on either side. When facing the gate, the pillar to the right bears a weathered copper plaque, stating Xavier Estate, est 1761, and the pillar to the left bears an intercom box for visitors and a key pad for returning residents of the school. A thick wall of tall, expertly-sculpted arborvitae line the remainder of the front lawn's fenced perimeter, which provide both an aesthetic appeal as well as added privacy. Hidden from plain site is the entrance to the underground X-Men Garage.
